Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolate products, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your Goo Goo Clusters for any signs of damage or melting that may have occurred during transit.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
If there is an issue, email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- 3.Claim Review
Our Nashville-based team will review your photos and information to verify the claim against our freshness and quality standards.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will process a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you or issue a credit for a future sweet treat purchase.
